Healing the body with the mind. Eating right and exercising are great for your health, but there’s an even more important aspect of your life that doesn’t have to do with anything you can “physically” do.

No building bridges or tearing down walls. No manipulating, no moving, no searching for that magic pill that will finally give you the health, body and happiness you know you deserve.

The first thing I want to do is give you a bit of information that’s around and readily available, but many people have a hard time grasping or wrapping their minds around it.

Get ready for it. This is an earth shaker for some folks….

 We are vibrational beings. 



At the core of these physical bodies we walk around in, the chair I am sitting in and the laptop I am working on… we are all merely energy vibrating at different frequencies. The more solid the object, the slower the vibration; just like ice melting to water and then being heated to steam.

The beauty of this revelation is that things can always change. There is no such thing as stuck or incurable. As long as you have control of your conscious mind, you can be, do or have whatever you want.

 The most important part of your life is your attitude, thoughts and focus.


Your body is listening to your mind.


Our thoughts and emotions get stuck in our body tissues. Science is finding that our memory isn’t actually held in our brain but in our physical bodies. Healing the body with the mind is possible.

Healing the Body with the Mind Part 1


Where do you feel nervousness or anxiety in your body? Stomach maybe? How about worry, grief or sadness? In your chest, perhaps?

Take a few deep breaths and notice what sensations you’re feeling in your body.

As you begin to notice where you feel the energy present in your physical body you will begin to have more and more conscious control over your life and environment.

You’ll begin to recognize that though you may be mad, upset or afraid for a very specific reason right now, you might actually feel like a child or teenager.

These feelings will bring you a string of memories that evoke the same or very similar feelings. That’s because it’s the same energy that has been stored in your body for the past __ years since the very first incident that upset you. This is actually a great thing to know!

Once you recognize this is very old energy you can release and move, you can begin to let it shift and let the person, group or situation upsetting you off the hook. This is how to start healing the body with the mind.

We spend so much time blaming others or complaining about what has happened, but that will only create more to blame and complain about.
